Delivery instructions:

• Download the PDF file into your computer.
• Print the form onto a blank paper (If you don’t have a printer, legibly rewrite the form by hand onto a blank paper).
• Fill in ALL required data.
• Pack your fork (shock, seat post) properly and don’t forget to insert the filled form into the box.
• Send the package on the address listed in the “contact” field.
• In case you plan to send the package by curier, attach our phone number which you’ll find in the “contact” field.
• You can also bring your fork, shock or seat post personally into one of our partner stores. In case you have trouble with disassembling fork, skock or seat post from your bicycle, contact the partner store and ask if you could bring the whole bicycle.

Note:
A package without the required filled form will not be accepted and will be send back on consigner’s costs.
